Delete your Monica account

1. Open the Monica app (iPhone or Android) or sign in at app.immonica.com.
2. Go to My profile (your photo or initials, in the menu).
3. Under Privacy & account, tap Delete my account.
4. Review what will be deleted, type your email or the word DELETE, and confirm.

The account is deleted right away and all your sessions are closed, including in the app.

Email privacidad@urpeailab.com from your account's email with the subject “Delete my Monica account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Platform admin accounts and accounts of businesses that can't be deleted in the app are deleted this way.

• Your user, password, photo and open sessions.
• Your conversations with Monica, your notifications and the accounts you connected (Google, email, calendar).
• Ad measurement data linked to your account.
• If you are the only admin of your business: the whole business with all its data (contacts, appointments, conversations, calls, files, numbers and settings), and its subscription is canceled. Other people on the team lose access.
• If there is another admin: only you leave. The business and its data stay; your contacts and appointments become unassigned.

• The record of SMS, call and AI-use consents (date, IP and accepted text), as legal evidence.
• Payment records kept by our payment processor, as tax law requires.
• Backups, which are deleted automatically within 60 days.
• What Meta or Google already received for ad measurement can't be withdrawn.
