Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Monica, a SaaS platform operated by Urpe AI Lab (“we”, “us”), available at https://app.immonica.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

Monica offers business management tools (CRM, sales pipelines, tasks, billing, messaging, calendar and integrations with third-party services) powered by artificial intelligence. We may modify, add or discontinue features over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must have the authority needed to upload and process your organization’s and your contacts’ data.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Compromise the security, integrity or availability of the platform.
• Access other organizations’ or users’ data without authorization.
• Infringe third-party rights or the policies of the services you integrate.

Monica lets you connect third-party services (for example, Google). Use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. By connecting them, you authorize us to access the information needed according to the permissions you grant. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You keep ownership of the data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. The software, brand and components of Monica are owned by Urpe AI Lab.

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing and renewal terms are presented when you purchase a plan. Unless the law provides otherwise, amounts paid are non-refundable.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it running and secure, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urpe AI Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.

Messages in the Monica SMS program are sent by Urpe AI Lab, the company that operates Monica. When you sign up, you can check a box to let us text and call the mobile number you gave us. If you check it:

• We may send you text messages (SMS) and call you about your Monica account: help finishing setup and connecting your channels, your test calls, tips and offers for Monica plans. Texts and calls may use automated technology, and calls may use an artificial intelligence voice.
• Consent is optional: it is not a condition of purchase or of using Monica.
• Message frequency varies (up to 3 texts per week while you finish setup). Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them: you’ll get one message confirming it and no more. Reply HELP for help, or write to du@immonica.com.
• Calls we start are made Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. your local time (test calls you request arrive when you request them). If you tell us during a call that you don’t want more calls, we stop calling you.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We handle your number and your consent as described in our Privacy Policy: we never share them with third parties for their marketing.

Messages your business sends to its own customers through Monica are your responsibility: you need their consent and must follow the law and the rules of carriers and Meta.

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the current version on this page and update the “last updated” date. Continued use after the changes means you accept them.
